Tournament Deposit Policy

The impact of the Hero Golf Tour on our Heroes has been amazing!  Over just a short few months, we have been able to bring together a community of our Heroes using golf all over the US.  We would like to sincerely thank you all for your support in helping us build this foundation.

We plan on opening additional locations, hosting bigger and better tournaments, and much more.  Our goal is to serve as many veterans and first responders as we can.  All our tournaments have a limited number of Hero Tickets which are free to our Heroes.  In an effort to protect those tickets for our Heroes, we will be charging a FULLY REFUNDABLE $25 deposit to reserve each ticket.  You will be fully reimbursed once you arrive in person at the tournament you registered for.

Rules for Receiving your deposit

  • You will receive your deposit at the registration table of the tournament you signed up for.
  • Failure to arrive at the tournament will result in a loss of deposit.
  • Deposits will convert to a donation for players not checked in 15 minutes before the shotgun start.
  • Tournament reservations and deposits are considered final (3) days before the start of the tournament.

Canceled Activation Status

If an Activated player cancels their monthly donation, all future tournament tickets that the player may have reserved will be canceled with a loss of deposit.  Additionally, all season points will be forfeited.
