We provide the only known lifelong solution for PTS and PTSD, which includes complimentary in-home intensive mentoring with Dr. C and Casey Snyder, experts in traumatology.
Who We Are
We provide employment ministries for every Heroes’ passion. This golf ministry provides our heroes with a sense of appreciation from the golf community. The Hero Golf Tour provides complimentary golf year around for our Heroes. A powerful therapeutic service is when our Heroes feel appreciated by society. We use golf as a powerful method to reconnect our Heroes to society and not just “preaching” purpose to them but actually showing them a new hope and providing them with a future never before offered. Encountering the truth in the person of Jesus Christ means that all of us at Acts can work with passion in that truth of what heals our heroes.
What We Offer
- Evaluation for transitional opportunities with a career in PTSD ministry with a salary.
- We provide employment ministries for every Heroes’ passion including Golf, Bowling, Hunting and Fishing, Hiking and Biking, and soon Pickel Ball tournaments and literally every activity that the Hero loves to do can become their ministry to mentor other comrade(s) with pay. 1 Tim 5:17
- This Sports and Recreation ministry provides all Heroes with the training to play golf with a prosthetic, basketball from a wheelchair, at the same time providing a minister’s salary providing self-sufficiency – no handouts needed for them and their families who have also sacrificed.
- Providing a sense of social acceptance and more importantly a sense of pride with a Master of Discipleship credential and the ability to financially care for themself and their family.
- Intensive Care Resort – In-home PTSD care. We provide a free transitional care team directly with our founder, Dr C and his wife Casey to spend 3 or more days in the Acts Ministry resort home care facility. All Sports and Recreational activities will provide a new passion in the patient’s life. Room and Board is fully covered. All food is organic and prepared without typical contaminants that can infringe on the patient’s health and welfare. A powerful in-home therapeutic training is when our Heroes see a new future as a professional minister working in their most passionate activities in outreach and discipleship mentoring. Enjoy our day or night swimming and BBQ on the huge patios, learning golf on our indoor golf simulator or playing at the golf course next door, Pro table tennis, Billards, Pro Dart throwing, Fooseball, and a relaxing evening watching Top Gun Maverick in our big screen theater room with massage recliners and practicing to live a spiritually pure and enjoyable passionate life.
- Learning to become what God has in store, mentoring their comrades, using their PTSD as a powerful “credential.”
- Becoming a professional PTSD minister practicing the truth and the teachings from the greatest source of truth in the person of Jesus Christ. This combination of Biblical teachings and physiological practice transforms these brave and heroic Brothers and Sisters into spiritual warriors that make us so proud of every one of them coming through this testing of their faith and using their God-given neuroplasticity that we are using to create “new creatures in Christ.” 2 Cor 5:17 “There is no greater a hero’s need than the mental and spiritual fortitude that they receive here in this most successful PTSD program known to modern Christianity.” Dr C, Founder and Lead Counselor
Who qualifies for our free sports and Recreation ministries?
Who qualifies for our free in-home intensive therapy?
All military Veterans, active duty and First Responders experiencing suicide ideation and their families are covered at zero cost. PROFESSIONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL
There are many reasons why the mind of a hero begins to disconnect from civilian life after deployment or serving as first responders. Many who are suffering from PTSD are fearful of the repercussions and perceived social rejection. They are strong warriors that will fight to keep it internalized and eventually become introverted and possibly suicidal.
Why do they commit suicide?
Where can we find them?
We find them through friends, family, neighbors, community outreach, and promoting the cause through fundraising events.
Barriers to Veterans
-
Extended wait times at bases and VA hospitals
-
Distance from the nearest VA hospital
-
Lack of insurance coverage
-
Perceived negative impact of a mental health diagnosis appearing on their military record
-
Fear of judgment
NEVER stop any medications or current therapy without current psychiatric care and/or doctor approval. We, as Acts hero representatives, counselors, therapists, mentors, psychologists, and employees, are passionate about this vital cause. We are all driven to save our heroes. We work every day to expose this crisis and raise the funding to provide a powerful method that brings great purpose and life-changing hope to every patient/client.
How Can we help save them?
What is the Method of treatment?
We run a full clinical evaluation of the Hero to diagnose their temperamental disposition, current professional care, and suicide ideation risk, and then provide free counseling for them and their families. We take the hero from a place of depression, anxiety, and thoughts of worthlessness, to a place of discovering a purpose for the trauma. The PTSD hero is trained to become an Ordained Mentor, and then we appoint other comrades with PTSD for the hero to mentor within the supervision of licensed PTSD therapists, Pastoral Counselors, and/or Specialist Counselors in traumatology.
